Construction of 150 homes, completed in 200 weeks.Â

An unswerving customer focus was the basis for Paul’s success. Dedicated to building beautiful family homes, he went above and beyond for every single customer, meeting them as much as possible on site visits and at new home handover presentations. He personified his employer’s ethos of ‘not just working on a plot but building a person’s home’, delivering exceptional quality in a challenging environment.Â
He carefully managed the earthworks to overcome major levels and drainage challenges, installing sustainable urban drainage systems to address historic flooding issues. He trialled new products and solutions, benchmarking them against current practices. He refused to tolerate inadequate workmanship, having it immediately rectified.Â
Now embarked on the second half of his career, Paul’s goal is simple: to win as many Pride in the Job awards as possible (he has accumulated three just for this project) while providing high-quality, affordable and sustainable homes.Â
