Just a few years into her career as graduate design manager and Jessica Haskett has impressed colleagues, clients and professionals alike. She has put her excellent people and leadership skills to use in bringing teams through the design process and introducing cost-efficient solutions.
On one recent project, she reviewed room sizes against national standards on her own initiative and suggested area reductions that rescued the budget by cutting costs by £500,000.
She led a student team to showcase a zero-carbon prefabricated home at the Dubai World Expo and has championed prefabricated SIPS panels at a Kier project that will reduce waste and energy consumption.
